BarSol Pisco
The #1 Pisco exported from Peru in 2005, Barsol Pisco is a clear spirit, distilled from muscat style grapes that vary in intensities of aromas and flavors. Produced by one of the oldest and traditional pisco producers in Peru Bodega San Isidro - dating back to the late 1800s, Barsol has unique characteristics acquired from a careful fermentation and single distillation process in copper alambic pots, resulting in a superior premium Pisco. It is extremely versatile, perfect alternative for making exotic cocktails or sipping after dinner.
Depaz Rhum

The Château Depaz Estate, established in 1651, is nestled in the charming coastline city of St. Pierre on the French island of Martinique. The breathtaking sights of luxurious fields of rare, expensive blue cane are unique to this most fertile landscape. Depaz Rhum is an agricole rhum (agricultural rhum) - only 3% of the world's rums are made with this costly method which uses fresh cane juices.

For Depaz, the art of creating such an extraordinary rhum is unique because it originates with seasonally harvested, fresh cut blue cane, providing the ideal sugar content for an elegant flora nose and smooth, refined character. Depaz Rhum is also privileged to have received the coveted Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) designation confirming its strict adherence to precise standards of excellence.

Domaine de Canton
Each bottle of Domaine de Canton begins with the selection of only the finest, fresh baby Vietnamese ginger. The baby ginger is peeled and cut by hand and then, in Jarnac, at the center of France's cognac region, it is macerated with a blend of herbs and spices to unlock its fresh essence. Domaine de Canton is made in small batches by hand and, therefore, mass quantities are not possible. Each batch of Domaine de Canton boasts a distinctly bright, fresh, yet rich and complex ginger flavor.

Pernod Ricard USA
Pernod is an aniseed-flavored liqueur. It gets its characteristic flavor from the star anise spice and the licorice plant. However, Pernod has a delicate flavor that makes it easier to appreciate and blend. It also clouds up with the addition of water, turning an almond green that resembles its original inspiration, absinthe. Today, Pernod is not only a delicious aperitif but also a versatile ingredient in numerous cocktails and dishes.
Plymouth Gin
First distilled in 1793 in Plymouth, England, Plymouth Gin is steeped in history. It is the only gin with a Protected Designation of Origin, which distinguishes Plymouth Gin by requiring it be distilled in only one location -- within the ancient walls of Plymouth, England at the Black Friar's Distillery. Also of note, Plymouth Gin is featured in the first and oldest dry martini recipe documented in 1896 in Stuart's Fancy Drinks and How to Mix Them.
Remy Cointreau
The innovation of the Cointreau family for over 150 years has made Cointreau one of the world's most famous and successful liqueurs. Today, Cointreau is sold in more than 200 countries. Thirteen million bottles are sold every year... that's over 350 million glasses of Cointreau! It is the authentic choice of many top bartenders, and you will always find Cointreau in the smartest and most fashionable bars.

Services Rendered

We would also like to recognize those companies and individuals who have diligently worked hard and helping us meet a variety of needs of the museum by generously providing us with services or supplies this year that have been invaluable in helping us with our exhibits, projects, and events:

1806
1806 houses a collection of vintage cocktail shakers, equipment and of course our award Winning cocktail list. The cocktail list is as historically correct as possible and follows a time-line over the last two hundered years, capturing the essence of each decade and what people were drinking. The bar has a drink for everyone. Whether it is an original Bittered Sling, the chosen drink of sophisticated business-men in 1806, or from 1916 a Martini, we make our`s with your choice of vodka or gin, with a dash of bitters, and a slightly larger than normal dash of vermouth.
